Guitars and equipment wise.....

I've got a Fender Strat, which was my first guitar. It's not the first guitar I think about picking up when I get ready to play, but it's still not a bad guitar..
A Samick electric, with a wood grain finish. Nice little guitar thats easy to play..
Just bought a Art Sutherie acoustic/electric, with a flat black finish.. Got it a few months ago, I looked and looked for one that sounded great with a small price tag... I'm more than happy with this one, love the sound. I think it sounds better than some of the 6-800 dollar acoustic's I've played. My first acoustic, still trying to get used to it, after playing electrics for so many yrs it's kinda tough... Looking forward to taking it to the mountains in a few weeks, 2 weeks in the woods sleepin in army tents, perfect place to play..

I dont have much for sound equipment.. A small Peavey amp, it's small but it sounds big... 2 Peavey Black Widows, still looking for a amp to push them, but for now I'm using a cheap amp... I use them for partys, and hook them up to a 500w receiver.. I hardly ever use amps, unless I'm playing rock, which is pretty seldom..

I dont have any effects yet, just kinda keeping my eyes open for a good deal.... I dont really need them, other than just playing with other sounds.. I often go to a buddys house and tinker with his while jammin out, but I still prefer a clean sound...... So, what about you guys??

I've got an three year old Abilene acoustic that cost about $150 new.

A Dean Frana TM acoustic/electric. It's a thinline with double cutaways and kinda jumbo body. With Mahoghany two-piece back and sides. I'll post a pic later.

I recently bought a very old (like from the seventies or eighties) Silvertone electric. It's not much, but it plays good.

I play the last two through a Crate 30-watt acoustic amp.

I have a recently purchased Ovation A/E Balladeer that I use at gigs...

I also have another Ovation A/E Ultra that I have had for 18 years...great sound but poor battery location!

And my other guitar is an entry level Takamine I use around the house...

I use a Crate Aoustic amp that also has built in mic plugs...
