I think it's DDU UDU for each chord throughout except I think for the "Hey Mama rock me" It's DDU UDU for G twice, then DDU for D and UDU for C. So the Hey is twice as long. That's how I do it anyway!

Haha but I just realized I'm posting about 5 years after your question. Well, hopefully it will help someone else then!

Not sure if most know, since today in modern country new bands get credit for songs written by someone else. This song isn't Wagon Wheel, It's Mama Rock Me by Bob Dylan.

Actually the song IS Wagon Wheel by Old Crow Medicine Show.. Bob Dylan did write most of the song as Rock Me Mama but it was never released. Ketch Secor from OCMS finished writing the song and named it Wagon Wheel. And as an Old Crow and Dylan fan, it is very well known that Bob Dylan wrote a lot of this song, so I don't think OCMS is receiving credit they don't deserve here.
