Artist: Gary Allan
Song: It Would Be You (Lead and Rhythm)
Album: It Would Be You
TAB by: T.Jay Tipps

Hello, everyone. This is my first TAB, so I wanted it to be a good
one. This is probably one of the most in-depth TABs you will find on
the net. I chose Gary Allan's smash, "It Would be You."
I love this song!

INTRO-Lead

INTRO-Rhythm
(G) (G) (C) (B-2nd string, 2nd fret) (D) (B-2nd string open)

VERSE 1-RHYTHM AND LEAD
(D) (C) (D) (G)
It's hard describing a heartache, aw cause it's a one of a kind thing.

          (C) (D) (G)
A serious injury, and a whole lot of endless pain.

            (G/C) (D/B/C)
If it was a storm, I'd compare it to a hurricane.

                    (D)
Oh, it's even got a name.

CHORUS-RHYTHM AND LEAD
(G) (G)
If it was a drink, it would be a strong one.

(G) (C)
If it was a sad song, it would be a long one.

(G) (C)
If it was a color, it would be deep, deep, blue.

(G) (D)
But if we're talking about a heartache, it would be you.

VERSE 2-RHYTHM AND LEAD
            (G) (C/G)
If it was a full moon, it would be a total eclipse.

            (G) (C) (D)
If it was a tidal wave, it would sink a thousand ships.

            (G) (C) (D)
If it was a blizzard, it would be record-breaking cold.

            (C/G) (D)
If it was a lie, then it'd be the biggest story you've ever told.

REPEAT CHORUS-RHYTHM AND LEAD

SOLO-Lead:

*This song has a ton of tricky pulls, listen to it to get it down*

                                                      *Pay attention
here*

----------------7-7----------8-10^----10----------9--12--15----|

E--------------------------------------------------------------|

LAST HALF OF CHORUS-RHYTHM AND LEAD
            (G) (Am) (G/B) (C)
If it was a color, it would be deep, deep, blue_______

                             (Am)
But if we're talking about a heartache,

(D) (G)
It would be you.

ENDING-Rhythm:

End song with (G).

And that's it...this song is one of my favorites, so I just had to tab
it.
It's not a difficult song, if you listen to it and practice to get the
timing and pulls down perfect. Have fun!
